Our generator meets all the necessary requirements for natural gas usage, guaranteeing a seamless and hassle-free operation. The methane content is carefully maintained at a minimum of 95%, ensuring optimal fuel efficiency. The gas temperature is controlled within the range of 0-40 ºC, providing a stable and consistent power supply.
Impurities are strictly eliminated from the gas, and the water content is kept below 20g/Nm³, ensuring a clean and pure fuel source. The heat value of the gas is maintained at a minimum of 8500kcal/m³, preventing any decline in engine power.
The gas pressure is carefully regulated between 3-100KPa, ensuring a safe and efficient operation. If the pressure falls below 3KPa, a booster fan is necessary to maintain optimal performance. On the other hand, if the pressure exceeds 100KPa, a pressure relief device is added to ensure safety.
Furthermore, our generator unit is equipped with a dehydration and desulfurization system, ensuring that the gas is free from any liquid or impurities. The HS content is kept below 200mg/Nm³, providing a clean and environmentally friendly power solution.
